Terms and Conditions for Sellers

Welcome to Musti! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Seller", "Vendor", "You") and Musti ("We", "Us", "Platform") governing your access to and use of our marketplace to sell goods and services.
1. Introduction
By registering as a seller on Musti, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform to sell products.
2. Account Registration & Verification
To become a seller, you must create a seller account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete business information (including tax ID/GSTIN, address, and bank details).
- Submit valid proof of identity and business documents for verification (KYC).
- Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Product Listings
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to sell every product you list.
- Your products are not counterfeit, stolen, or infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and not misleading.
- You will not list prohibited items, including but not limited to illegal substances, weapons, or adult content.
4. Fees and Commissions
Registration on Musti is free. However, we charge fees for using our services:
- Commission Fee: A percentage of the sale price will be deducted from each order as a platform fee. This percentage varies by category.
- Payment Processing Fee: Standard gateway charges may apply.
- Tax: You are responsible for collecting and paying all applicable taxes (GST/VAT) associated with your sales.
5. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Unless you use our "Fulfilled by Musti" service, you are responsible for:
- Packing items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Dispatching orders within the promised Service Level Agreement (SLA) time (usually 24-48 hours).
- Providing valid tracking numbers for all shipments.
6. Returns and Refunds
You agree to comply with Musti's Return Policy. If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- You must accept the return and provide a replacement or refund.
- If the error is on your part (e.g., wrong item sent), you are liable for reverse shipping costs.
- Musti reserves the right to issue refunds to customers if you fail to resolve disputes in a timely manner.
7. Code of Conduct
Sellers must maintain high standards of professionalism. You agree NOT to:
- Direct customers to other websites or offline channels to bypass Musti fees.
- Engage in fraudulent activities, such as fake reviews or shill bidding.
- Use abusive language with customers or Musti support staff.
8. Payments to Sellers
Payouts are processed on a [Weekly/Bi-Weekly] basis for all successfully delivered orders that have passed the return window. Funds will be transferred directly to your registered bank account.
9. Termination
Musti reserves the right to suspend or terminate your seller account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms and Conditions.
- You sell counterfeit or illegal products.
- Your performance metrics (cancellation rate, return rate) fall below our required standards.
