  • Identity Verification (KYC): Government-issued ID proofs (Aadhar, Driver's License, etc.) to comply with regulatory requirements.

  • Onboarding & Verification: To verify your identity and business legitimacy before allowing you to sell.
  • Payment Processing: To calculate fees, commissions, and remit your earnings to your bank account.

  • With Customers: Your business name and address may appear on invoices generated for customers who purchase your products.
  • With Logistics Partners: Your pickup address and contact number are shared with courier partners to facilitate order pickup.

We implement strict security measures to protect your sensitive business and financial data. Bank account details are stored in an encrypted format. Access to your KYC documents is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • Access and update your business profile and banking details through the Seller Dashboard.
  • Request a copy of the data we hold about your business.
  • Request account deactivation (subject to pending orders and payments).

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information, transaction history, and tax records for as long as required by tax laws and financial regulations, even after you close your seller account.
